This site (including all its contents) as well as our products and services including lesson content, textual material provided and other information is the property of Masterclass English College Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark.

Except as otherwise expressly indicated by Masterclass English College Pty in writing, the Website, and all information, messages data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material and other content contained in the website, including, without limitation, the Masterclass logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the Content) are the property of Masterclass and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, screen print, frame, reverse engineer, download onto a computer, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute or disseminate this Content and the underlying software code in whole or in part or in any way except in accordance with applicable law or with our express prior written consent.

All resources given to clients are for the exclusive use of the client and must not be shared with anyone else. If it is discovered that this has occurred we reserve the right to terminate client’s attendance. 

All brand and logo versions of the Masterclass English College Pty Ltd trade mark, belong to Masterclass English College Pty Ltd and may not be used by clients. 

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity 

In using this website, its service and products you understand and agree that Masterclass English College Pty will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of access to or use of its educational products and services. You agree to indemnify Masterclass English College Pty from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of or related to the provision of our products and services.  These include damages for errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, computer viruses, your loss of profits, loss of data, unauthorized access to and alteration of your transmissions and data, and other tangible and intangible losses. This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are claimed under the terms of a contract, as the result of negligence, or otherwise, and even if we or our representatives have been negligent or have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Masterclass English College Pty, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other terms incorporated herein by reference.

Member Account, Password, and Security

If any of the services provided by Masterclass English College Pty Ltd and/or this website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Masterclass English College Pty Ltd of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Masterclass English College Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You can stop receiving these notices and communications at any time with the deactivation of your account.

Masterclass English College Pty Ltd, possesses ownership of all information collected on the website and any enrolment information. You acknowledge and consent that any Information provided Masterclass English College Pty Ltd, in connection with the use of our service may be used for our own purposes, including but not limited to marketing purposes, planning, product development and research purposes. Your personal information will be kept absolutely confidential by Masterclass English College Pty Ltd, and will not be given to any other party except as agreed by you in the course of business terms and conditions, or if formally requested by law enforcement agencies. 

This policy also means that you consent to any images/video/audio taken during lessons can be used for our marketing purposes.

We reserve the right, at our complete discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting revised terms on the site. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms or other policies means you accept the changes.

By agreeing to use and pay for the services and products provided by Masterclass English College Pty Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions of service.

Authority to Enter Agreement 

You acknowledge that you have full authority and entitlement to enter into this Agreement as either a student or eighteen years or over or as the legal parent or guardian of a Student to whom the classes, products and services will be provided. 

You personally guarantee the performance of all of the obligations of the student under this Agreement.  You agree and acknowledge that in the event that Masterclass English College Pty Ltd suffers loss or damage as a result of a student being a minor we reserve the right to take legal action and seek recompense from you as the student’s parent or legal guardian of that minor.
