FAQ

There are 3 ways that you can attend your zoom meeting. 

  1. Go to My account > Zoom meeting/webinar tab, and select the zoom meeting you want to attend.
  2. Go to My account > Order tab, and click the “view” of the order, and find join the zoom class via clicking the “Join from here”.
  3. Go to your email and find the link at the “Product”section, and click “Join here”

Go to My account > Account details tab and update the details in the field. After finishing the form, click save.

 Go to My account > Order tab and you are able to see all your purchase record.

Go to My account > Account details tab and you are able to change your password.
